Hi,

Thanks for all the replies on this. Sorry to have neglected this
thread for a while. I believe the comments did indicate substantial
interest in exploring this topic but I suggest we should perhaps
target the November IETF meeting or the like. (I have not yet
contacted the MANET or ROLL chairs.)
