Hello,

I did not intend to top-post a meaningless reply regarding the review, but
here I am a few days late. I do have to re-review the draft and relate my
concerns voiced in 119 to the draft to relevant sections and requests for
changes (to be more than a squeaky wheel).

Does such feedback preclude me from volunteering to shepherd the document?
If it can be over the next two to three weeks and is not needed urgently
(given my tardy commitment to pending feedback), I would be more than happy
to volunteer if appropriate. This shepherd review would be my first, so I
will have to take you up on the support.

Sincerely,
A.J.
