 You did not. I finally reviewed the current draft and related specs, so I
can say my concerns about this detail are assuaged. Sorry about that. My
other concerns discussed during 119 are about another I-D (cddl-modules),
and I had messed up conflating that here. So I will follow up on that in a
separate thread, GitHub issue, and/or PRs.

I will follow up on that off-list.
