Sure, that's arguable.

My main reason for suggesting UTA is that I figure its
drafts will have more/soonest dependencies on the
terminology draft.

However, if folk prefer saag, for now at least that's
fine. But let's drop the cross-posting to dane then
please? (Which I bcc'd)
