No, I don't.

The DMARC specification has a section that lists items that are out of scope (section 3.5). Section 2.2 explicitly that DMARC does not attempt to solve problems related to use of Cousin Domains or abuse of the RFC5322.From "display name."

Seems like mailing lists like this are also out-of-scope.
