Tor Project in the P2PNames draft, so the obvious answer is that it
won't replace it.  Now the P2PNames draft certainly can benefit from
this discussion and will be amended accordingly.

I'd rather amend the P2PNames draft and look forward to the adoption of
the 6 pTLDs at once, instead of having to do all the work again TLD by
TLD: again, the argument for a single draft is that all 6 pTLDs present
a coherent set of similar technical considerations (see introduction of
the latest P2PNames draft).

I understand the scope of this draft is to facilitate the adoption of
.onion in the context of resolving the actual need of proper issuance of
SSL certificates for .onion domains.  Of course I would prefer that this
onion draft serves as a solid foundation to focus the discussion of
adopting new Special-Use TLDs without distraction.  Therefore I propose
we don't mention the P2PNames draft in this thread and keep thinking
about Jake's proposal for just .onion.
