given the wording of the above, the proposed working group was at least discussed internally within the IESG.  Would it be possible to get a summary of the issues/concerns expressed by the IESG?  It would be helpful to have a perspective to focus comments from the masses, and avoid the generic and uninformative "I support this effort becoming a working group" statement
