It is a fact that the RFCs have the author names they do and that there is 
a license from ISI in the trust's asset register.  Everything else is not 
information, it's my amateur legal speculation.

As I keep saying, I am not your lawyer, this is not legal advice.  It 
would be nuts for the IETF to publish legal opinions beyond what is in the 
RFCs that were actually written by our lawyers.
