Dear Jari,
this is a a good step ahead for the coherence of the global
digitality that the Internet global community eventually converges
toward a single pole of rights/ownership.

The next steps could be:
1) for the IETF Trust to initiate the support of a technology
compendium community to complete the IANA, that non-IETF global
communities could join.
2) for the IAB to consider the IANA documentation protcol I plead for.
