Hi,

Tom Narten has pointed out that some US DOD requirements are referring to CUBIC and Compound, and that it would be good to have IETF-reviewed RFCs available for them to point to.

I'd therefore like to ask again if the authors could update these documents so they can be taken on by the IETF TCPM WG?
