As far as 2119 replacement happy to update too.

possibility. So while no new

bits in BGP protocol are introduced BGP behavior can be considered
departure/extension

of current
standard. However to me personally it can be informational or even
BCP. I am happy to adjust

it per WG and chairs direction.
