   First, congrats for this draft, much needed.
   Second, as someone who worked for over 13 years in a satellite 
company I could not miss reading your draft (btw, I was always focus to 
IP, I just attended to satellites meetings and of course I learned 
something, far from even considered myself a knowledgeable person)
   Well, here is my comment:
In 4.1 you mention: "Keplerian elements", and in that section as an item 
number 5 you said: "The withdraw BGP routes are redistributed into IGP, 
IGP starts to flood the LSA to all satellites.". Is this item ok in this 
place?. Or I misread something?
