It does. I've got a list of small errors that need to be corrected. I 
should be able to come up for air in a few weeks and perhaps start on 
the revision. It really shouldn't take too long.

We could get close to 3422 or maybe 3522 for Draft. I think we should 
shoot for 3822 for Full Standard. :-) (SMTP is SMTP, but the mail 
format really is 822!)
