Keith, et al,

Big time enough to prompt me to suggest that we adhere to Pete's 
suggestion, namely that we decline to pursue this topic further, until 
there is a demonstration of a) substantially more support for such a 
massive change, and b) enough detail concerning the proposal to be able to 
assess the likely damage.
