Hi Folks,

I read the draft.
Overall I think, it is OK.
However,
in one place it says: The NomCom Chair has historically been somewhat
difficult to fill
Despite that observation, I don't understand how the process described in
Andrew's draft is gonna make it easy? I.e. making a longer list while even
finding one is difficult?
