I think 2418 can be covered under the “others can be grouped into one or a small number of documents that update several other RFCs at once” category at https://github.com/IASA2/Miscellaneous/blob/master/Document%20Work%20List.md. There are a bunch of other docs on that list for which that isn’t the right answer though.
