How about...

    The key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL NOT",
    "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and "OPTIONAL" in this
    document are to be interpreted as described in [RFC2119] when they
    appear in ALL CAPS.  These words may also appear in this document in
    lower case as plain English words, absent their normative meanings. Other
    words found in this document MAY also have their expected meanings. The
    term TROLL-BAIT is to be interpreted as described in [1].
