Hi,

I went through quickly the proposed Liaison Statement (LS) to ITU-T
from Kurtis. I was wondering a couple of things:

1) Who is going to edit it into a proper LS format? Kurtis?
2) It would be good to have the references and pointers to exact
documents the LS is talking about. I think it would be helpful for the
ITU-T people

Please, let me know if I can help!

Cheers,

Jonne.
