I support this draft.

This proposal is a hint to IPv6 systems that IPv4 isn’t routable via this particular gateway.   

It is not necessarily a tool to extinguish IPv4 on a network — to do that, as was pointed out in the meeting, would require ether type filters on the directly attached network ports and/or AP’s.
