The very essence of a cover story is that it's direct testimony.
But I do not at all believe that "the wise Havard and the noble
Peter" are deceiving us about their motives.

To be precise, they cataloged the ones that had 639-2 tags already.  There
was no tag for Romanian/Moldovan, and they did not create one.
