These are good suggestions.  Maybe a separate document that is part of
BCP 226 with guidelines for hosts is more suitable for them? Typically a
meeting sponsor is not known at the time of host selection, though in
some cases potential hosts might have sponsors available as well as an
indication of communities that will be involved.  Such information may
be helpful when assessing whether a successful meeting can be held in a
particular location.
