Cutoff for additional meeting requests is June 2nd.  At this point, I am
not inclined so submit another meeting request.  We need time requests from
all contributors to get a better sense of agenda.

I would also suggest that the charter discussion should continue in email
and if needed, we can set up a conference call to discuss further before
the Prague meeting (to offset time used in agenda).

I would also ask that for new topics that people consider writing short
I-Ds or short write-ups that can be shared with the WG alias prior to the
meeting to make the time in meeting more effective.
