Luca had the editing pen token and sent me the nroff source file to 
update the l2tpv3 sections. It's not a very unusual flow from what I see 
(more so with short time), and allows for reviewing actual text on a 
draft instead of multiple line-by-line comments that focus on a section. 
However (see next comment),

Yes, Agreed, you are right; that's the ideal case. I'll send my comments
