I don't think that question has enough detail to answer.  For ICE, the
current theory is questions on what ICE does with the interface information
it has go to MMUSIC, though that may get updated to a dedicated group.  MIF
would be for discussing what interface states get surfaced and when.


(Other views of this are possible, of course, and your mileage may vary
when posting).
