I disagree that that this is as low as 40%. There are some few thorny
issues that might take some discussion to resolve. However, most things
are from an authors perspective quite solid. I would say 60-70%. My main
caveat is that I haven't seen that many reviews.

You can expect an update prior to the deadline resolving some of the
stated open issues and dealing with issues from Bernard's review.

Approved thus only publication left thus 95

This one is 90 as it is ready for publication request. It is awaiting
the AVTEXT chair to act on it.

I wonder why this draft is listed here. Isn't the relevant content of
this gone into the AVTCORE drafts:
- draft-ietf-avtcore-multi-media-rtp-session
- draft-ietf-avtcore-rtp-multi-stream
?

There is a WG version of this document
draft-ietf-avtcore-rtp-multi-stream which in fact is being split into
one recommendation and one optimization part. Updates to be submitted
prior to deadline.
