Hi,

I STILL don't see why this is a big issue at all.

No matter what request the UAC tries to CANCEL, the response to that
request will indicate if the request was canceled or not. 487 (Request
Terminated) means that the request was canceled, another response code
means it wasn't. Like I said before, it is not even sure the UAS will
allow one to CANCEL an INVITE either (especially not a re-INVITE, I
would assume).

However, if we want to allow CANCEL only for INVITEs, that's fine.
