SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY messages have a mandatory built-in dialog expiration
support (Expires/Min-Expires headers), so Session Timer in these message
would be redundant. I've never seen anybody using Session Timers with SIP
Events, but as you have said this can be discussed.
