TEAS is "Traffic Engineering Architecture and Signaling". This is a draft for a YANG (and therefore) data model for 'TE topologies' which is but one part of the puzzle; it's necessary but not sufficient. Somewhere the TEAS WG needs to document a bunch of other things and,  until we dismiss the need or find another home for them, I suggest we address them in this document.

Amongst the things I think need covering are:  architectural background/framework; definition of terms; use cases; examples; performance considerations and relationship to/alignment  with work in other WG's/organizations (see Adrian's comment). I think we should also try hard to separate fundamental topology matters  from things like scheduling.

All that said this draft is a good place to start from.
