Alfred (CC'ed) made this comment on the tsvwg mailing-list a while ago.

Eric made this comment in the context of my timestamps I-D (which uses
essnetially the same algorithm), on the tcpm wg mailing-list.

I honestly don't care about the title either way (i.e., keep the current
one or change it). I guess the chairs could provide advice on how to
proceed?
