This is a perfect illustration of my message earlier today.

The text you propose could/should be writen up as a separate I-D as a way to frame the discussion.

You and/or some of the other members of the Kantara WG should consider writing such an I-D in the
context of the GNAP protocol so that it actually informs /this/ WG.
