The Sieve WG is likely to close at some point, however the mailing list 
is likely to remain. So calling this "Sieve mailing list" is more 
appropriate.

I don't think having IESG as the Contact is a good idea either. The 
Contact field is an email address to use for asking about the 
registration, it would be much better to have a more relevant (specific) 
email address.
