  Great to see there is some working on this.
  Just two comments, not big changes:
  Both in the introduction section:

I think it should be changed for something like this:

"A good monitor solution -among other things- allows to":

2)
:

Change "Determinate which actions may solve a problem"
by
"Determine which actions may solve a problem"
