I support the adoption.

The document is an useful informational draft to describe the current status and issues of IPv6 HBH processing from different aspects or angles, so it can be taken as a good base for discussing how to solve the IPv6 HBH processing issues further.

To my understanding, this draft focuses on the requirements only not solutions.

Section 8 seems to provide some migration strategies that aim to provide a guidance for deploying the HBH options header that satisfies the requirements stated in section 7.

Btw, may be better to add more info to the title of each section?  Will help the readers to understand the draft better.
