As Martin says, it's a brand new doc, and there's a glitch in the title. It was rejected on initial submission because the date was malformed. I took the executive perspective that, especially since the author is in the Czech Republic, it would be better to have the topic on the table and discuss it than get all quibbly with a new author.

I would invite commentary on the substance of the draft, which has to do with how one determines the prefix one should use in a CLAT, and proposes a solution in an SRV record. If there is working group interest, we can invite Martin to discuss it at IETF 104.
