I don't much like POSH as a concept; it resolves the issue of virtual
hosting certificates
(keys) by making it someone else's responsibility to virtual host
certificates(keys).

However, this is a mostly solved problem for HTTPS and I think the WG
should adopt POSH in the absence of better options.
