My agent asked me for my form when I handed her the passport, before she had scanned it…

So I said “I did that electronically(*)”, and on we went.

(*) In hindsight, I’m amazed that I chose in a split second to say exactly that.  Of course, I know that this is the wrong term.  But it is also the term you would expect is chosen by government employees.  Why do government employees choose outdated terms?  Because everybody expects them to do that, so we use outdated terms when talking to them, and they never learn the real ones.  Cyber and all that…  (And a lot like we talk about “SSL” when explaining TLS to the unwashed masses, just one notch further.)
