True, true and true (x3).  But most such forms still use United States [of America] for nationality.  It is weirdly surprising when, when you type in UNI, the only choices are Tunisian (a nationality) and United Arab Emirates (a country, not a nationality)

The best part is when you’re done, it asks if you want to print this (!).  Fortunately, PDF download is also an option.
