While I usually tend to agree with that statement it is — in that
absolut form — not necessarily true. We know that, given time, users
are quite capable of learning and using such signals. When
specifically designed for that task.

But above I was merely reacting to a statement portraying that
potential outcome as failure. IF it had that effect, I wouldn’t call
it failure. But that’s besides the point of this conversation now as
well so I will shut up.
