Thanks everyone, for your additional comments and suggestions.  I will work with Allan and Jyoti to get them resolved.  Just so you know, it would be a lot easier and faster if you added your comments and suggestions in to the live document here:

Also, once this working group is formed, we will be using Google Docs for all of our work.  So I hope that works for everyone. Parsing and dealing with bulk inline comments and suggestions in documents via email is so incredibly difficult and painful.

We have been using Google Docs for other standards we work on (300+ individuals and several hundred pages) and it works so much better.  It is also much easier to see everyone's comments and suggestions all at once. You can also add comments to someone else's comments or suggestions which is really nice.
