The ECOS draft is still active, and I'd like to get it into the review mill soon.

I thought this one had gotten resubmitted.  It's still alive, as far as I know, but not at the top of anybody's priority list.

Still active.  There's a bit of research going on here, so the draft isn't yet sufficiently baked to start the review cycle.
