Would any of those objecting to the current text please answer Viktor's 
replies to the outstanding objections? Literally none of his messages 
have been engaged and they really do give the reasons why the text is as 
it should be, and more clearly than any of the other messages (my own 
included). If they aren't answered, I'd ask the IESG to declare the 
objections addressed and the discussion closed.
