Comments:

This draft is Informational and does not seem to contain any normative
text. If this is actually the case, Section 1.1 with its reference to
RFC 2119 should be removed.

A set of acronyms are not expanded. They should be expanded on their
first use.

References [1] and [2] are never used in the text.

Abstracts should not contain references.
