Yes you're right I also think it'd be good to burn a bit for masked. 
We're already sending those reserved bits.

Actually, I know it's a bit off-topic and not for -07, but when I was 
doing extensions stuff for libwebsocket I was curious and having to make 
guesses about the kind of approach mux extension will take.  I don't 
want to argue about it now, it'd just be interesting to take the 
temperature of people (or person, John) who thought ahead on it already.

Eg, you get a byte in extended area telling the channel and coding 
channel bringup and shutdown events?

Right I heard people carefully reserving the extended bits but if we 
reserve them all at 0 forever in all contexts we will be wasting them 
alright.
