Sorry, my reply got stuck.

As a co-author of both drafts, I feel that they each represent a good
starting point for our work, and feel that both should be adopted.
I will close the loop with Henk (SACM terminology) soon.

Also, as a co-author, I know of no IPR related to either draft.
