I reviewed this version and I think this is a fine document that I support. 
In particular the document goes out of its way to address the issues raised in prior 
IETF last call to the extent possible. 
The document is going to be the specification of two DNS RRtypes that have been allocated via expert review, we (DNS community) want to encore
that any such allocations be published as RFC's for future references. 

This document is not a product of any working group.
