	Speaking from my own personal opinion, it seems that operators are finding this stuff useful and are 
demanding that people build products with it. Its a retrofit for many products, and so there is an 
avalanche of work to do here to get caught up to build non-device-specific models.  As you know,
most vendors that support Netconf have basically wrapped their CLIs with Netconf, so the models are
proprietary and do not translate across devices well. So this effort is to build standard (here
at the IETF), or at least non-device-specific (in the case of the related open source efforts).
