I've attached some marked-up Word. It's your liaison but I have some
suggestions.

  - Jonne's preamble and postamble

  - (Obviously) take out the text in italics, which was my summary of
what I thought they would want to hear.

  - Under IPv4/v6 interaction and transition, do you want to mention
    softwires?

  - Significant editorial stuff like SCPT -> SCTP (see mark-up)

I've also proposed some smaller editorial stuff if you want it. I
hope I got the indentation right.

Finally, there's the question of who sends the liaison. Kurtis,
Margaret, Leslie ... ?? That's up to you all, but we should decide
soon :-)

Thanks much ... Scott
