I've lost track of the original request, but shouldn't the QOS
section also say:

The Differentiated Services QOS mechanism (RFC 2474, RFC 2475)
is defined identically for IPv4 and IPv6, and in the case of
IPv6 is encoded in 6 bits of the Traffic Class octet in the
IPv6 header.
