I found Jinmei-san's I-D to be quite clear and to the point. Not sure I would muddy it up with too many specific examples, of too many corner cases. What is in there now is factual, and clearly expressed. Going off on tangents will create endless debates as to whether some corner case is a misconfiguration or not, intended by the Founding Fathers or not, and just prolong the misconceptions about a rigid 64-bit boundary.
