I've read this document, and at a high level, I find it useful as a list of items to work on. That is clearly the intent of the document, it is in line with what we planned to do (per charter), and as such, I am fine with having the document.

The list of use cases seems natural with an IP VPN, and the list of requirements seems reasonable (some of them are very desirable) to me. All in all, this is a fine starting list to try and solve for.

About 2.4: (Like EKR, I don't have a strong desire for it but) It seems natural to support this, and there are folks who want it. Magnus, Mirja, is the concern that this is too complicated, or that this shouldn't consume wg time when the other cases are more important? If it's the forner, we can simply prioritize. If it's the latter, we can discuss ways of deciding how to punt it later if it cannot be solved.

[MK] As the network-to-network use case is only one use among at least three and the more complex one, the concern is about adding functions that are only relevant to this use case to the base spec. As such I would also prefer to prioritize the other, hopefully more simply use cases first.
